Companies Act, 2013 Applicability in 

CMA-June, 2014 Examinations

Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has issued clarification about applicability of the Companies Bill, 2013 for CMA June, 2014 Examination.

The clarification is applicable for the following students:-

• Students of Intermediate Course
• Students of Final Course

According to the clarification Ref. No: BOS/01-12/13-14, "The Companies Act,2013" shall not be applicable for the CMA Intermediate and Final Course Examinations for June, 2014 term of Examination."

However, no clarification has been  given regarding applicability of the Companies Act, 2013 in December 2014 CMA Examination. Institute has clarified only that  the necessary communication would be intimated in due course.
